In person, in Lahore
A full consultation at the clinic in Violet Block, Bahria Town. Bring any recent laboratory reports, your glucose meter or CGM data, and a list of your current medication.
What to bring
- Recent blood results, including HbA1c if you have one
- All current medication, or photographs of the boxes
- Your glucose readings — meter, CGM or a written log
- Any previous discharge summaries or specialist letters
- Monday to Saturday
