For Pakistanis living abroad, and for families arranging care for relatives at home. Consultations take place over WhatsApp — voice, video or messages, whichever suits you.

What you receive

A full clinical assessment, including review of your laboratory results and glucose data
A written management plan you can keep and share with your own doctor

What this service is not

Please read this before booking. It matters, and we would rather you knew now than after paying.

A prescription written in Pakistan cannot be dispensed at a pharmacy in the UK, the US, Canada or the EU. Pharmacies there can only fill prescriptions from clinicians registered in that country.

What you receive is a management plan and medication guidance to take to a clinician where you live. Many patients use it exactly this way — to arrive at their GP appointment knowing what to ask for and why.

This is not an emergency service. If you are acutely unwell, have symptoms of diabetic ketoacidosis, or have a severe hypoglycaemic episode, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Controlled medication cannot be prescribed remotely under any circumstances.

How it works

We agree a time that works across your time zone and confirm the fee.

The consultation takes place over WhatsApp voice or video.

You receive a written plan, usually within twenty-four hours.

Payment

Fees are confirmed before the consultation and settled by bank transfer or a remittance service — the same routes families already use. There is no card checkout on this site.
