Using the card

  • Print on thick paper if you can, cut along the outer line and fold in the middle.
  • Write in pen, and update the medicines whenever they change.
  • Keep it with your CNIC or in your wallet, where someone helping you would look.
  • Your details stay on the paper: nothing you write is sent anywhere.
